Kogi Guber: Military Enforces Restriction Of Movement, Tightens Security

As voters cast their votes for the next governor of Kogi State this Saturday, officers and men of the Nigeria Army have begun a total lockdown of major highways within the capital city and other areas known for electoral violence in the State.

When LEADERSHIP visited the popular Adankolo Junction in Lokoja, a military Amoured Personnel Carrier (APC) was seen barricading the entrance to the area with Army officers running proper checks on vehicles that are on election duty.
